3. Something's Changing
On the morning of the third day Valery noticed that his skin appeared to have gotten lighter, or was this an optical illusion?
What if the injected liquid was reacting with the radiation in his body? Valery took a closer look at his skin and noticed that there were not spots in the area of his body which were without a doubt greenish.
He only wanted to take a quick shower but somehow he lost track of time. The water was more refreshing than ever.
Even he was already later than usual, he decided that before breakfast he would go to the office of the Nurse, since he was certain that it wasn't a good sign when you wake up with green skin.
It was not easy to hide from the others, since he couldn't cover his face. 'I hope they won't think I'm infectious.' Yet, for his own sanity
4. Put To The Test
Over time Valery had somewhat accepted his new appearance. Somehow it was ironic that his new self was connected to the forest but also that he could create new life.
He looked at the seedling in his open hand. "Wait until you see the beautiful forest near by. There you can grow into a tree." The seedling seemed to turn towards him.
It was mind-blowing that he could talk to plants. "Don't worry I'll find a nice spot for you to grow."
